Lecrae Moore was born in the south side of Houston, Texas, but lived most of his youth in Denver and San Diego. He currently resides in Memphis, Tennessee. Lecrae provides a southern rap style to Cross Movement. After realizing that he was living a "lifestyle of excessive sin," Lecrae gave his life to Christ at the age of 19.
